Fitzhugh Hall Renovation and Addition / Belhaven University / Jackson, MS - This project included the demolition of the existing east wing, originally constructed in 1918, which sustained structural failure to a portion of a three-story multi-wythe masonry bearing wall. We also designed and constructed a new three-story addition to match the massing, fenestration and materials of the demolished portion of the existing building to provide biology, physics and chemistry laboratories, offices and support functions for the Belhaven University science department.
